Flip2Win is a skill-based competition platform. Users pay an entry fee to compete in a skill-based game against other players. The player with the best score wins a physical product prize. The outcome is determined entirely by player skill — not chance, luck, or random selection.
By submitting your email address to the Flip2Win waitlist, you agree to receive launch notifications and platform updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, entry into any competition, or any prize. The waitlist is for notification purposes only.
Each competition operates as a pool. A fixed number of players pay an entry fee. When the pool fills, a game session is triggered. The player with the highest score wins the prize product.
Entry fees are set per competition and displayed clearly before entry. Fees are calculated to cover the product cost, shipping, and platform margin. By entering a pool, you agree to the stated entry fee.
The specific skill game played in each session is determined by the platform's game selection system at the time the pool triggers. All players in a pool compete in the same game under identical conditions.
Users are limited to a maximum number of pool entries per day as displayed on the platform. This limit exists to promote responsible use.
Prize products are shipped to the winner at no additional cost. Flip2Win reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed product becomes unavailable. Prize delivery times may vary by location.
Game results are final. Flip2Win reserves the right to void a competition and refund entry fees if technical issues affect fair play.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Flip2Win does not store payment card information.
Entry fees are non-refundable once a pool has triggered and gameplay has begun. If a pool is cancelled before triggering, entry fees will be refunded in full.

All content on the Flip2Win platform — including but not limited to the name, logo, game designs, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Flip2Win. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flip2Win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Flip2Win is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of entry fees in the event of technical failure, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flip2Win's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total entry fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Flip2Win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
